Before booking your appointment we would like to share a few important salon policies with you.
Cancellations: We ask that you give our staff at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations as this gives us ample time to reschedule and fill that spot. Cancellations after 48 hours will be charged a 50% service fee.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure that we have ample time to perform your entire service. Arrivals later than 10 minutes will need to be rescheduled and may result in a late cancellation fee. If you are running late please give us a call so we can let you know if you will need to be rescheduled.
No Shows: No Call No Shows will be charged the entire service fee as we are unable to fill that slot and the appointment could have gone to another client. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
We want our salon to be a safe haven for all and appreciate you treating our estheticians with respect and kindness as they will treat everyone who walks through our doors this way. Rude and disrespectful behavior towards any esthetician will not be tolerated.
